INTESMO LLC (Innovative Greases Technologies) was established in March, 2010 as a joint venture between LLK-International LLC and RZHD OJSC. The founding companies own 75% and 25% of its authorized share capital respectively.
The plant occupies 2.5 ha of "LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka"'s total area. Up to 95% components of greases are produced at the Volgograd refinery production facilities.
The Intesmo plant is designed to produce up to 30,000 tons of grease per year. Around one third of this amount will be purchased by RZHD OJSC, which will cover approximately 80% of the needs of Russia's major carrier for railway greases.
The high-technology entreprise accomodates the state-of-the-art equipment that allows to manufacture products according to European quality standards and ensure environmental compliance.
The entreprise has its own Engineering Centre with no comparable counterparts in Russia.
The INTESMO plant produces marketable lubricating greases using all the main soap thickeners.
The product portfolio includes greases and pastes for main manufacturing and transportation industries as well as a wide range of commodity applications.
The core portfolio includes greases which vary in consistensy from grade 000 to 3 according to the classification of the National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI).
The major line of "INTESMO" business is the development and production of high-efficiency import replacement greases. There have already been developed 8 families of greases which outperform their equivalents in many aspects.
INTESMO's products are certified for distribution within the Eurasian Customs Union and other countries of the former USSR as well as the EU.
